Privacy Policy
How the Super Legal Ali marketing website handles information, inquiries, hosting, and privacy requests.
Effective September 30, 2026 · Operated by ALI ROBOT LLC
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Super Legal Ali is a brand operated by ALI ROBOT LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy covers this marketing website and business inquiries sent to support@superlegalali.com. Effective date and last updated: September 30, 2026. The SaaS application at intel.superlegalali.com has separate privacy terms for accounts, payments, team activity, uploaded files, and document processing. This policy does not promise how the application or its model providers handle client documents.
2. Current marketing form behavior
The website form displays fields for name, work email, firm name, practice area, approximate team size, and message. The form checks fields in your browser and on the server. When you submit, the website sends these field values to our server endpoint for validation and delivery through Resend to our support inbox. Submission succeeds only after Resend accepts the email; acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. If delivery is unavailable, the form displays an error. We do not maintain a separate contact-submission database. Browser autofill and other browser features are controlled by your browser. We use submitted details to respond to your inquiry. Do not enter confidential or sensitive matter information.
3. Information you send directly
If you email support@superlegalali.com, we receive the email address, name or signature you include, message contents, attachments you choose to send, and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to answer the inquiry, coordinate a demonstration, address support or privacy concerns, and maintain a record of the communication. Do not send client files, privileged material, passwords, financial account data, health information, or active legal matter details. We may ask you to use an appropriate product channel rather than discuss sensitive material by marketing email.
4. Hosting, access controls, and technical data
The website uses ChatGPT Sites for hosting. The host and its infrastructure services may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device information, and operational logs to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site. When the host requires ChatGPT sign-in, it handles authentication under its own notices and account terms. Our website code does not request your ChatGPT password or include a feature to collect your ChatGPT account profile. The host may hold information under its own practices; this notice does not promise its storage region, retention period, or complete subprocessor list. Review OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for its handling of account and infrastructure information.
5. Cookies, browser storage, and analytics
Our marketing website code does not add advertising pixels, optional analytics tools, tracking cookies, or persistent storage of form entries. Hosting and authentication services may use necessary cookies or other technical mechanisms governed by their notices. You can manage cookies and local storage through browser settings; blocking necessary mechanisms may affect access. We do not operate a targeted-advertising system or add cross-site behavioral tracking in this deployment. Browser privacy signals do not change local form behavior; host-level handling is determined by the host. We will update this policy if additional analytics or tracking is introduced.
6. Why information is used
Information received through direct email is used to respond to requests, manage business communications, investigate reported issues, protect against misuse, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Technical data processed by hosting services supports delivery, authentication where required, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use marketing inquiries to make automated decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, or legal-service eligibility. A business inquiry is not permission for an unrelated use of confidential material.
7. Disclosure and service providers
Information may be handled by ChatGPT Sites for hosting, Resend for form email delivery, and the receiving Gmail service, as well as authentication and infrastructure providers as needed to perform their services. We may disclose information where required by law, in response to valid legal process, to investigate security incidents or unlawful activity, or to protect legal rights. A business reorganization may involve transfer of relevant records, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. We do not sell personal information received through marketing inquiries or share it for cross-context targeted advertising. This statement does not replace the independent privacy practices of external services you choose to visit.
8. Retention and disposal
We retain direct inquiry correspondence as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. Duration depends on the communication, ongoing relationship, and applicable preservation requirements; this policy does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion from backups. We assess deletion requests against those needs and explain applicable restrictions. Records containing protected personal information within our custody or control will be disposed of using reasonable measures when they are no longer retained, consistent with applicable Florida requirements. Contact submissions are retained in the receiving email account and may be held in Resend delivery records; there is no separate website submission database. Hosting and email providers may have separate log and backup retention practices.
9. Security and incident reporting
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not use marketing channels to transmit sensitive legal or personal information. We do not claim SOC 2 certification, HIPAA compliance, zero retention, guaranteed privilege preservation, or a particular encryption implementation for this website. Where Florida Statutes section 501.171 applies, we will follow its applicable reasonable-security, disposal, and breach-notification obligations, including applicable timing, exceptions, and authorized delays. Report a suspected issue to support@superlegalali.com without sending passwords or exploiting the issue further.
10. Privacy requests and verification
Email support@superlegalali.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Describe the request and the email address you used to contact us. We may use reasonable verification and request limited additional information to protect against unauthorized disclosure; do not send government identification or sensitive records unless an appropriate secure process has been arranged. Requests may be restricted by legal preservation duties, others’ rights, or other applicable exceptions. We will explain our response and any available review process. Rights and required response periods depend on the law that actually applies to the request; we do not require you to waive those rights.
11. Florida privacy and consumer protections
Florida has data-security and consumer-protection laws, including Florida Statutes section 501.171 and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights has specific definitions, business thresholds, and coverage conditions; operating in Florida alone does not establish that every right in that law applies to this website. Where a privacy law applies, we will honor its applicable rights, response requirements, and appeal procedures. You may contact the Florida Department of Legal Affairs or another appropriate regulator about a concern. Nothing in this notice limits statutory rights or remedies.
12. Children and sensitive information
This website is intended for adult legal professionals and business visitors, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18 through our marketing channels. If you believe a child sent personal information, notify support@superlegalali.com so we can assess and address it, subject to applicable legal obligations. The site has no client-document upload feature and does not request precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, or sensitive client information.
13. External services and processing locations
Following a product or other external link takes you to a separate service with its own data practices. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email service and does not automatically send a message. Infrastructure and email services may process information in locations determined by their operations and terms. This policy does not promise Florida-only or United States-only processing. Review provider notices before using external services or submitting sensitive material.
14. Policy updates and contact
We will revise this policy when relevant collection or use changes and display the updated date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Posting an update does not authorize retroactive incompatible use of information or eliminate accrued rights. Contact ALI ROBOT LLC at support@superlegalali.com for privacy questions, requests, and complaints. For software-account or client-document questions, also consult the separate product privacy notice and support procedures.
